My journey from exhaustion to alignment - powered by faith, fueled by purpose, and grounded in healing.
The Heart Behind the Hustle
Hi, I’m Suzanne Verrastro
I’m a mom of three wild boys, former teacher, now a wellness advocate and author on a mission to help you heal, take action, and live abundantly with purpose.
For 17 years, I poured my heart into teaching, but after a series of personal and professional challenges including a tough departure from the classroom, unexpected health struggles, and losing myself in the daily grind, I realized something had to change.
So, I walked away.
From burnout.
From the noise.
From the version of myself that was surviving instead of thriving.
And I started over.
Through faith, therapy, prayer, and one big leap into the unknown, I found a new calling, one that combined my love of writing, my passion for helping others, and my commitment to holistic wellness. I launched 314 Publishing, became a wellness advocate with doTERRA, and started rebuilding my life; this time, aligned with God’s purpose.
I’m not perfect. I still have hard days.
But now I have the tools, the faith, and the fire to keep going and I want to help you feel the same.
Whether you’re here for faith-filled inspiration, a little natural healing, or that final push to pursue your purpose… welcome. You’re not alone. Your story matters too.
Before
I was exhausted, overextended, and silently breaking down…
After
I chose healing, clarity, and bold action…
I said yes to starting over.
I let go of the career that no longer aligned.
I began healing my body with whole foods and natural remedies.
I found clarity through prayer, coaching, and deep personal work.
I rebuilt my life with intention, passion, and faith and I’m still growing every day.
Now, I run my own publishing company, lead a wellness business rooted in truth and transformation, and show up as the mom, wife, and woman I always wanted to be, not perfect, but full of purpose.
And if I can do it?
So can you.
I was overwhelmed, exhausted, and constantly pouring from an empty cup.
I spent years stuck in hustle mode, teaching full-time, juggling motherhood, ignoring my own health, and trying to hold it all together.
I battled burnout, anxiety, and health issues (hello Hashimoto’s) while silently wondering, “Is this really it?”
I had no idea how much I was neglecting my own well-being, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
What I Believe
I believe you don’t have to have it all together to begin again.
I believe God works in our mess just as much as our miracles.
I believe healing is possible - physically, spiritually, emotionally, and generationally.
I believe your story matters and can change someone else's life.
I believe in doing hard things with heart because grit and grace go hand in hand.
I believe in showing up raw, real, and ready to rise.
I believe that action is holy and it’s how we honor the gifts we've been given.
If these words resonate with you, then you’re exactly where you need to be.
